Valentine's Friends Party

The day after Valentine's Day we got together with our friends to exchange Valentines.  Nora was SO excited because Blair had gotten Valentines at school and she wanted some too!  They played pin the heart on Jackson and made crafts and cookies and then passed out their Valentines.

Snow trip

We went up with our friends for a Valentine's Date to the snow.  Jackson and Grant brought the girls little gifts and they had a great day all together.  We went on tube and sleds and did snowball fights and built a snowman (Marty).  Nora did great in the snow this year, she didn't complain about much and she even walked quite a bit on her own.  There was one point she was going up a hill with Blair and she just stopped midway and looked around and walked right back down and sat at my feet like "nah, not worth it."   She really liked to carry snowballs around. Blair pulled her around some too and she liked that!  Blair was a total trooper and never complained about the walking or anything.  She liked throwing snowballs and was just happy to be there.  She had been wanting to go SO bad!

Monster Jam

Nora and Daddy went to Monster Jam!  Blair and I had to stay home because she was sick.  Nora liked it, she liked the doggie truck the best.  She loves eating her popcorn!  She wore ear plugs and headphones because of the noise but she did great.

Valentine's Day

The girls were shown SO much love on Valentine's day.  The day started with special pink and heart pancakes and little presents from Mom and Dad.  We went to the snow (later post) with Jackson and Grant who brought them flowers and a teddy bear each.  Later in the night Henry from Blair's school showed up to give Blair a special Valentine (and he got one for Nora too so she wouldn't be left out) .  Blair and Henry were SO excited to see each other they went absolutely nuts playing and we couldn't even stop them.  Then we went to deliver a special Valentine to Great Grandma and she gave them a special gift for their college funds.  We ended the night stopping by Mimi and Papa's who had treats too!  These girls are SO loved and although Nora doesn't quite get it yet Blair was feeling so special be bedtime and was such a sweet girl to know how blessed she is to be so loved.  They both deserve it!
