Great Poppa

While daddy was away for the weekend, Blair, Mimi, and Mommy went to visit and stay the night at Great Poppa's house. She would not go to sleep on the car ride there despite mommy's plan to leave at naptime. She got to watch the ipad for the last half hour in the car. She made herself at home putting her foot right up on it.

She loved for Great Poppa to show her the clocks.  She really likes to say clocks too, only she misses a letter.  Mimi thinks this is hilarious to show off to people as mommy is mortified at her child running around screaming about male parts!  We loved the clocks as kids too so it was fun to see her so interested in them!

We went to Black Bear for dinner and Blair put on a great show for everyone.  She really loves to ham it up with her faces and Poppa played right along!

 We went to check out Aunt Debbie and Poppa's new house and Blair was very interested in the lizard animal thingy (I don't remember what it was exactly).  Mommy wouldn't go in the room but then sacrificed herself to take these pictures, luckily Mimi took her in.  She really liked to look at it through the glass but would not touch it when Aunt Debbie took it out.  Everytime we left the room she would ask to go back and would just sit at the cage and stare. 

 After a great night (Blair slept great in the pack and play in the room with mommy) we went back to  Black Bear for breakfast so GP could show Blair off to all his friends.  There is a giant Black Bear stuffed animal that he really wants to buy Blair but mommy is trying to hold out as long as possible :)

 Blair and Landen didn't play much together but she didn't try to hit him over sharing a toy so that was her mother's day gift to me!

 This was her second, she actually slept on the way home!

Later that night we met back up with daddy and we went to dinner together at Chevy's and mommy got a new pretty wallet! 

I just loved spending the weekend with my mom and poppa.  I love to see them both adore Blair and her beautiful and hilarious personality.  I get so much joy from her myself and even more from getting to share her with people I love and that love her so much!
