First Family Vacation! Tahoe!

Since camping wasn't really something we wanted to do this year with a new baby we still wanted to do some sort of trip with our friends.  We decided a cabin was the way to go with Nora and Braxton (Jay and Megs new baby). We went up for 3 nights and had a really fun and relaxing time!

Our first night was laid back.  We hung out a little and then talked over wine once the kids were in bed.

Blair was playing well with her toys.

The next day we went to the lake.  It was freezing but we had fun playing in the sand and then we rented a paddle boat.  Blair liked the paddle boat (but the paddlers didn't!) and she helped pull it up on the sand too!

I know Nora's hat is awful but it was the only thing I could find quickly before we left!

Jason and I had a ton of fun playing with her sand toys.  She was kind of getting in our way and then she went King Kong on our castle!  It was very upsetting!

Feeding the babies at the beach!

Andy watched Nora while we went on the paddle boat.

We got ready and went out to dinner all together.  Nora slept like an angel the whole time and Blair did well playing with me at the table.  After she got to throw her monies in the fountain.

Blair wanted to be in the baby picture, then totally ditched Nora!

The next day we went for a pinecone hunt!

We went to play miniature golf and there were some little kid rides that Blair liked.  We should have just stayed out front on them because she didn't care for the golf for long! She rode one before we played and more later.

She did like running around and exploring all the playthings.  Luckily we were the only ones on the course most of the time!

The lovebirds... it was their anniversary and they spent it with us :)

Andy!  Watch out of the kid!

Nora was thrilled of course!

When we got home Blair painted rocks and pinecones!  She did this for a long time!

The cabin was a little short of cooking supplies but luckily with a breastmilk bottle and a conversion app on the phone we made it work!

It was a really nice weekend just hanging out with friends and doing a few activities!  We are lucky to have such great people in our lives and the kids lives!
