We met up with friends to go to the Rivercats game with all the toddlers. Nora stayed with Mimi and Papa and we got their early to secure a large grass area for the "toddler compound."
We knew it would be a late night so we really wanted Blair to nap but of course she didn't! So what does she do 10 minutes before we get there...
They were giving away these rally sticks. The boys loved them, Blair was over it pretty quick :)
Blair was happy to have Round Table Pizza there, she will do anything for pizza.
It was great sitting on the grass, the kids just got to roam and play. We never had to entertain them, they just figured out something to do.
She didn't quite understand the foam finger. She didn't want me to put it on her.
Then she kept running down to her daddy (we were kind of seated in a long line and he was on the other end with the boys). She was putting ti-rahr-ras (tiara) on him with the glowsticks. The hill was pretty sloped and she had the toughest time walking on it so she was like a little drunken sailor all night long. She was stepping in nachos and falling all over people. We were all laughing at her. Then I watched her as she ran down the line of people to find Dad but she just kept going! I had to get up and chase her down the whole lawn because she was just walking along clueless! What a little space cadet! The rest of the night as she would run down to dad everyone would have to yell "Blair" and then 10 hands pointed to him so she could stop and find him. It was hilarious!!!

We ended up having to leave early (it was a really slow game) and Blair just broke down because we forgot the playdough in the car. She couldn't recover so we missed the fireworks. We also didn't get a chance to take a picture of all the kiddos together. She ended the night the same way she started...
It was really fun and relaxing. I see more games in our future!
