Monterey Day 3

After dropping Daddy and Papa off for their golf round at Pebble Beach it was just us girls to play the day away.  We went to the "Denace the Menace" Park and it was so cool!
There were so many things to do there and this big bridge was fun to go across.

 Some pretty cool slides.
A big archway to climb... up there was our "bed for resting"
This roller slide was pretty cool, I  am not too sure Blair loved it so much.

There was a larger and smaller tunnel to run through...  I said,  "Blair can you give me a princess pose" hoping that would make her want to take a picture and this is what she came up with, haha!

A big blue tunnel on the largest play structure.

There was a maze and we were hiding here to get away from the "mean old lady" which was Mimi.  No offense to Mimi though, anyone can be the man old lady because that is what we call the bad people in princess movies so that is what she calls anyone!

Thanks Denace for the cool park!
Meanwhile Nora was sleeping that whole time...
We got the sand toys out to play for a while... Blair is a big fan, she could have played a lot longer but we needed to get some more energy out before the long drive home!

Nora woke up and got to play too!

She loved to craw and climb but there wasn't a ton for her to do and it is hard to hold her back; she wants to be a big girl!

My happy little baby!

One of Blair's favorite parts was picking the flowers in the grass.

Mimi showed Blair a cool new trick

We tried to get a picture in the tunnel of the two together but it didn't go well and we were afraid for Nora's head so this was what we got!

The drive home was rough, especially for Mommy who was pretty tired by this point.  We had to stop at least 6 times between the stroller on the roof problems (thanks to Papa for going King Kong style and finally fixing it) and bathroom and food breaks but we made it and it was an awesome weekend.  I am so thankful for my family and a wonderful Mimi and Papa to make our trip extra special!
