We had our second baby shower on October 23rd. It was a co-ed shower so that Jason could share in all the fun too. It was so much fun to have all our friends around to celebrate with us. It was an amazing day.
It was hosted by Aunties Nicole and Janae (with help from, mom, dad, and Jenn too!) and was a Lil' Pumpkin theme. Everything was so cute!
The dessert buffet was amazing, of course! We have come to expect the best baking from Nicole and Jen. There were cake balls, Oreo cupcakes and Reese's brownies!
The decorations were onesies everywhere which was cute since they all had great little sayings on them and the pumpkins were painted with polka dots for the table centerpieces!
The favors were adorable too! They were pumpkin seeds!
The food was great. We had BBQ hamburgers and Hotdogs along with other yummy goodies!

Next was the bottle chugging game... problem was that the nipples were just a bit too slow flow. After two minutes and fear of jaw damage, they finally just took the tops off and chugged. Chris won with Josh coming in second!
We opened all of our gifts and we had books with these ones as well. I am so happy with the collection of books that we have for our baby girl now. I just love that we have all these personalized messages in them to her! As usual, everyone spoiled us and we ended up getting almost everything we needed. We even got our rocking chair plus tons of other fun goodies from Cliff and Laura (Jason's Dad) and our funniest gift was the My Brest Friend from Josh Hampleman (funny thing for him to buy us).
Jason had to have a belly too and everyone tried to guess how big his was. Robin won this game!
The final game was to have everyone decorate a pumpkin with what they thought our girl would look like. I picked Eric for the winner and Jason picked another (sorry, I forgot whose this was!)

Yay! It was so fun to recap all of this! It was so fun to plan it all with Janae and we were so glad that you both had fun! You do have amazing family and friends and it was fun to see them all celebrating with you guys!
