Frills!

GiGi and Great Papa bought Blair I think a total of 5 frilly dresses, its hard to resist the dress up for cute little girls.  She wore some of them for Easter but had this one to show off still.  This one even had a headband to match (right up moms ally) When they were visiting we brought it over for her...

We didn't really have anywhere to go in it but she looked adorable all the same!!!
