Visit to Reno

Janae and I took the girls up for a trip to Reno to visit with Great Grandma and Great Grandpa.  The girls could now have been more wonderful and it was such a fabulous day.

Nora slept the entire car ride while Blair watched a movie.  We arrived for some lunch and play time.

Blair colored this picture with Auntie... then gave it to Great Grandma... and then took it back for herself

 Then she must have decided she was ok because she unprompted leaned over and gave her a kiss. I couldn't believe I was taking pictures at that time and actually captured it.  SO SWEET!

After me telling Grandma about what a little monster she could be and her not believing me (who could after that sweet kiss?) Nora was playing with some toys when she got upset at Janae...

She gave her the dirtiest look and was flailing on the floor in a full on tantrum.  Suddenly she sat up and CHUCKED this cup right at Janae... Great Grandma believes me now!  We are in trouble.

Blair had so much fun with this little magnet doll dress up set that she hadn't played with in a long time (thanks Nana!) since she loves dresses so much.

 We decided to pack up and head to the park. We played outside for a bit while we waited for GGma and GGpa to come out

 When GGpa came out Blair asked if she could pick one of his yellow flowers and she was SO excited he said yes.

 The park was really a cool one and we had a great time.

 Nora was pretty tired so as she swung she slowly just laid her head down and was just about asleep.

 Blair called these her "princess steps"

 She had so much fun with her Auntie and Mommy was so happy to have her as backup!

 Plus who else can be this cool with Mommy...

 Nora was just laying around on the couch when we got back having some snacks.

 We even went out to dinner and the girls were SUPERB!  Perfect angels and even ate all their food.

Fabulous day with wonderful company!
