When we walked in she went straight over to the toys and started playing, she wasn't shy at all. Rapunzel was on and she sat and watched that for a few minutes too!
The lady was so nice and Blair was doing really well. She even went right to the chair to crawl up on her own.
The lady showed her the "tooth tickler" on her finger first. She started to get anxious here. Then it was time to polish the teeth and that is when she decided she was done. I had to hold her hands down and she cried. It wasn't too bad, she wasn't trying that hard to get away or anything and it was more of a whiny cry then a tortured cry. It was quick and then she waited for the doctor to come.
She was not happy to wait for more. But then the doctor came and counted her teeth and checked them out. She said they were looking great and the chipped top ones looked fine for now. She said they might get darker in the future if the root is damaged but there isn't any treatment for them. We got back in 6 months for another cleaning.
Blair got a sticker, a pink balloon and she got to pick something from the treasure chest. She picked a jump rope, very practical for a 2 year old!
They took this picture of her and gave it to her. It turned out cute with her little smile.
First trip was way better than expected!
Next up we met with Krista and Avery at the mall. The girls were cute together. They played for a while and then went to ride the carousel, played some games, and ate some lunch.
Another fun day and that was all before nap time!
