My first mother's day!

I can't say it enough how amazing it is to be a mom.  Everyday it is amazing to watch her changes and abilities.  Every time I reflect on just the past 2 weeks, I can think of obvious changes in her and it is so much fun and so bittersweet at the same time.  I was just looking at pictures of her in her first month or two today and she was so tiny!  She is just the light of my life and I cannot even believe how much I love her and how much fun she is.  I feel blessed to have such a wonderful husband who has made such an amazing family with me and I love him now more than ever.  I have learned so much from my own incredible mom that I hope I can use to be there for Blair and give her love, support, knowledge and friendship throughout her life. 

We went to have a burrito for lunch (sorry this is sideways, I can't make it rotate)

Blair and I made a card for Grammy with her first drawing (I was an idiot and did this on the new couch but I managed not to have her fling her arm and mark all over it).  So far she seems to be a Picasso-esque artist!

 Jason got me flowers and a (much needed) pedicure!

Grammy and Papa installed a swing and Blair mostly likes it because she can be outside and watching the dogs.  She did fall asleep in it last week while Grammy was watching her which I thought was funny because she is certainly her Papa's and mommy's girl to fall asleep while doing something fun.  Can those eyes BE any more beautiful!?

Sorry these pictures are so bad (flash was having problems) but this is Blair laughing (which she did a lot of last night) at all the doggy commotion.
